I moved to Mikasa City in 2017 and have been working as an agricultural trainee for the Regional Revitalization Volunteers.

After my term ended, I was able to start my own farm and until I was able to harvest the grapes, I worked at Yamazaki Winery, where I had trained, while also managing my own vineyards.

In 2023, the grapes that were planted three years ago will finally be harvested, and Yamazaki Winery will ferment them for us, turning them into wine, albeit in small quantities.

This is not the goal, but actually just the start.

We would like to build a lodging here in Tatsuta, Mikasa City, where we would like you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the wine produced here.

We will update our daily farm work and information about wine on Instagram, so please follow us.

A white grape native to France, characterized by a fresh and refreshing acidity.

This is the main grape variety and has the highest yield at AKASAK Vineyard.

 フランスのブルゴーニュを主要な産地とする黒ブドウ。気品ある香りと味わいがある。ワインにふくよかさを与えてくれる。

A mutation of Pinot Noir with pink skin.

It gives the wine a concentrated fruity flavour.
