We ship our products throughout Japan. Please check the shipping fees when ordering wine.
Also, since I am basically in the fields every day during the day, the shipping work is done quietly after farm work is finished, after the children have had a bath, eaten, and been put to bed.
Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate urgent orders.

Regarding returns and refunds, we cannot offer refunds in cases where you try the product but don't like it, so we apologize.
If you have any problems with delivery, please contact the shipping company.
After purchasing wine, please store it in a refrigerator, wine cellar, or other place where the wine temperature will not rise. If you find that the cork has popped off or the wine has a strange taste despite this, please contact us.
